A few words about the condo
Nestled in the Las Palmas community, your destination condo is located on the second floor of the two-floor, Green Turtle complex. The two-bedroom, two bathroom, idyllic condo unit includes every amenity that you, the traveler, could want or hope to have when planning for that dream vacation! Fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans to further increasing your comfort and allowing for a gentle breeze to enhance the comfort throughout the afternoon and into the evening. Located in northwest Costa Rica, the temperature controlled, and its ceiling fans are some of the condo’s most appreciated features due to the dry climate of the area in general.
The unit’s main living area includes a full kitchen with counter space, oven cooktop and fridge— everything needed to create the ultimate vacation feast. Once meals are prepared, the complex’s dining room table has enough chairs space to seat six— that’s enough room to host a special social gathering with your fellow travelers or newfound friends!
We also understand that not everyone can get away from the real world completely. If you plan to still get some work done while you are out of country, staying connected with friends, family or even co-workers is not only easy at this destination spot, it’s free of charge. Your condo includes free internet and free cable, so you don’t have to sacrifice staying up to date with current events or with any work commitments you may still be attached to on your vacation stay.
Party of five? No problem! Your getaway comfortably accommodates up to five guests, so you don’t have to leave anyone at home when pre-planning your vacation itinerary. The condo unit includes a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, while the second bedroom features two twin beds. The main living area features a sleeper sofa and all vaulted ceilings add to the overall aesthetics of the condo. Last but not least, the entire condo is fully furnished for optimal comfort, enjoyment and convenience.
Once you step outside, the top-floor Condo features a large, covered terrace that looks overlooks complex’s glistening pool below. There is certainly no lack of features to talk about when it comes to this private vacation destination.
The complex
The Green Turtle complex, where your condo is located, is a 24-unit building located in the gorgeous setting of the Las Palmas community. Housed at the centre of the private, secure, interior location of the complex is a large and picturesque private pool for you and your guests to enjoy throughout the duration of your stay. The expansive pool is accented with a jetted tub that is perfect for a little bit of extra relaxation before taking the plunge in the main swimming area. The Green Turtle complex also features a plethora of well-maintained gardens, littered with towering palm trees. The accompanying lawn chairs that surround the pool are situated in a variety of locations to provide you with just enough shade to get a brief reprieve on a hot, sunny afternoon or enough sun to warm up before heading towards the beach or nearby town of Playas del Coco. The Complex’s gardens enhance the beauty of this pristine property.
Guests at The Complex can look forward to enjoying the luxury and stress-free amenity of free parking, of which there is always more than enough. Guests will not have to travel far for services such as laundry; the building includes a shared laundry space. The shared amenities of the Green Turtle complex also include a ranchito, great for fun and leisurely activities on your vacation stay. In addition to the short walk to Playas del Coco, Green Turtle complex is just five minutes from an abundance of desirable restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and shopping and under a half-hour drive to Liberia’s airport, the Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport. If you and your guests are arriving at the airport, you can travel to either your complex unit at Green Turtle, or to the nearby city of Playas del Coco in a variety of ways. Car rentals, airport shuttles, busses and taxis are all options for your transport convenience. One of the oldest beach communities in Guanacaste, Playas del Coco is also one of the fastest growing, thanks to its popularity with tourists seeking sun, fun, and adventure. The small, but busy community is the largest village in the province.
Known affectionately by locals as “El Coco,” Playas del Coco boasts one of Costa Rica’s most popular stretches of coastline and is a paradise for beachgoers, fishermen, and water enthusiasts of all ages. There is no shortage of exciting opportunities for those looking to swim, snorkel, dive, and fish along over three kilometres of pristine shoreline.
